How Long Do You Hold Onto Health Benefits Statements From Your Insurance Company ?

I have insurance health benefits statements from the last 7 years. Should I keep them or throw them away ?

    It’s okay to shred them if you are not claiming any medical on your income tax records. If you do, then keep them along with your receipts of what you wrote off on medical with that years income tax for 7 years.~~

    shred them. do not keep over one year. income tax forms keep for five years.
